Our new, high-tech slab bar line expands over 120 feet from mixer to wrapper. The line features topping applicator, 20 foot cooling tunnel, inline cutter for 8 strips, and high-speed packager capable of wrapping between 50k – 100k bars in a single shift. Bars can be customized for size and thickness and there is no heat process so you won’t have to worry about compromising product integrity. Kelker employs some of the industry’s best bar operators and the quality of our bar production is unsurpassed.
With growing consumer demand for powdered nutritional products such as protein shakes, collagen, green drinks, etc., Kelker is equipped with powder mixing to ensure homogenous blends for ingredient uniformity and a variety of packaging solutions. From stick packs to large gusset bags, we can fulfill a multitude of packaging requests. Kelker’s experienced R&D team can help with flavor matching for existing products, and flavor creation for new or reformulated products.

Kelker Pharma is equipped with high-speed tablet compression and can produce tablets in a wide array of shapes. All tablets are formulated to meet specifications for hardness, friability and dissolution so they do not break in handling and will dissolve in the body to ensure maximum bioavailability. Kelker Pharma offers a large selection of tablet punches (shapes) including caplets with bifurcation. Kelker Pharma’s formulation team can assist with flavored chewable tablets, sublingual dissolving tablets, enteric-coated tablets, effervescent tablets and more.

We are equipped with fully automated high-speed encapsulation machines that can fill 2 piece hard-shell capsules (gelatin or vegetarian) in size 1, 0, 00, 00 elongated, 000, and 000 elongated. Capsules can be sourced in a variety of colors, sizes and color mixing. You can even have your logo imprinted on the capsules for special orders. Kelker Pharma’s encapsulation capacity exceeds 10 million capsules daily.
